Dr. Bill Dautremont-Smith was the Interim Executive Director
at WDIY from late April 2008, becoming Executive Director in March 2009. His involvement
in radio began at WDIY in February 2003, after taking an early retirement from
a long career in technology development at Agere/Lucent/AT&T/Bell Labs, where
he was CTO responsible for strategy development of one of Agere's fiber optic
communications divisions.
He was an optical transmission industry innovator
and originator (28 year veteran), with critical contributions to many of the key
milestones in the industry, including development of the components that enable
the world wide web, with 20 patents awarded, and around 80 refereed publications
and book chapters. As a Product Development Director, Bill successfully managed
and lead a number of large R&D teams. Bill holds a Ph.D in Physics and a BSc
in Chemistry and Physics from the University of Manchester in the UK, where he
also ran the jazz club.
Bill began at WDIY being trained as a volunteer
programmer, initially becoming one of the hosts of World Rhythms, became a member-elected
member of the Board, and then served as President of the Board during a critical
time of rebuilding in 2005 and 2006. He continued to be a very active board member
and committee leader, prior to stepping off the board to become the Interim Executive
Director. Bill was the regular Tuesday on-air host of WDIY's weekday afternoon
eclectic music mix program The Blend prior to this, and outside normal work hours
continues to volunteer as a regular monthly host of World Rhythms and as an occasional
host of jazz and blues.
Bill and his wife Charleyne reside in Orefield,
where they have lived since relocating to the Lehigh Valley from NJ in 1995.

Lyndsey Brown |

Lyndsey Brown is serving as interim Director
of Development and Public Relations. She worked previously at
WDIY as Director of Development in 2005-2006. During that period
she successfully led two membership drives, initiated new fundraising
initiatives, and implemented beneficial new structure to the
station's development efforts. She has been a member and active
volunteer with the station for the last three years.
"I am very proud of WDIY's efforts and growth over the
last three years and am honored and excited to be able to lend
my skills to the station at this time," says Lyndsey. While
in this role, Lyndsey will oversee all areas of development
including membership fund-drives, special events, grant and
community relations, and newly implemented major gift efforts.
She is also the media point of contact for all public relations
and marketing concerns.
Lyndsey is also pursuing a Masters in Public History from Temple
University and holds a BA in History from William Smith College
in Geneva, NY. Previously, she served as Director of Development
at Cedar Crest College from 2006-2008 and held positions in
development at several other colleges and organizations, including
the University of Rochester and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation,
before moving to the Lehigh Valley in 2005. She lives in Nazareth
and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Nazareth
Area Food Bank and as Vice-President of the Nazareth Rotary
Club.

| Neil began his radio career as a student disc jockey at
Muhlenberg college radio station WMUH during in 1978. After earning a B.A. degree
from the college, he spent the next 13 years in commercial radio and sound production
at WSAN, Creative Sound studios and later WAEB. In 1981, while attending Muhlenberg
College, he and another community member joined together to form the first organized
group of community radio volunteers in the Lehigh Valley. The group began incorporation
meetings in 1984 and spent the next decade building support for a new community
based station. WDIY 88.1 FM began broadcasting in 1995. Neil joined the
staff in August of 1997 as Program Director and was promoted to Operations Director
in February 2008. His duties include training volunteers, maintaining the broadcast
facility and schedule, organizing the production studio and music library maintenance.

| Ron is the Underwriting Sales Manager at WDIY arriving here
in 2007 after over 30 years in the Accounting field. Ron is a retiree of Air Products
and Chemicals. He is a native of the Bronx, New York, but has lived the majority
of his life in Bethlehem. Ron served in the USN and is a Vietnam Veteran. He
earned his bachelors degree at Moravian College after his stint in the Navy. He
enjoys music, sports, good beer and good cigars. He is married with two
daughters, one stepson, one grandson and one granddaughter.

| I have been a fan of WDIY since the station went on the
air in 1995 and I joined the staff in 1998. I love my job, which has many different
duties. I coordinate volunteer activities, manage events and partnerships, assist
with development, I also update the information on WDIY's web site, arrange ticket
give-aways and in short pitch in where ever I can. If you have any questions or

| Although Laura and her family moved to the Lehigh Valley
over 20 years ago from the Boston area, she considers Bethlehem her true home.
A great lover of classical and world music, she listens almost exclusively to
WDIY and the other NPR radio stations in an around Eastern Pennsylvania. Over
the last few decades, Laura has been actively involved in many civic, educative
and religious projects and organizations. She is currently the Secretary to the
Assembly of the Baha'i Faith of Bethlehem, the Treasurer of the Bethlehem Branch
of the NAACP, co-chair of the Racial Justice Coalition of the YWCA of Bethlehem
and member of its Board. In the past Laura was involved with the 100th anniversary
of the Parliament of Religions in both Allentown and Chicago, the Interfaith Alliance
of Lehigh Valley, and the 350th Anniversary of Bethlehem. Recently she had an
opportunity to do something that had been a life-long dream - to work at the United
Nations in NY. In February 2007 she interned at the UN for the Commission for
the Advancement of Women and worked with women and girls of every continent. Laura
is mother to one son, Stephen, and married to Henry Lawrence who currently works
at Dun and Bradstreet. She continues to work towards the upliftment of women around
the world, racial justice and the education of children with the aim of raising
a prejudice-free generation.
